Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean methods and implementing best practices. Analyze repair processes for capacity and forecast analysis. Contribute to productivity, quality, and cost-reduction projects. Use 3D printing software; familiarity with AI is advantageous.

Support site-wide EHS initiatives by assisting with safety audits, training development, incident investigations, risk assessments, regulatory documentation, recordkeeping, and organizing safety meetings. Work with teams to identify hazards and recommend improvements in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Support FLIGHT DECK specialists and engineers to implement shopfloor improvements: plan Kaizen events, set up flowlines and Andons, develop standard work, collect shopfloor data, analyze performance metrics, and drive Lean-based process improvements.
