Leads end-to-end reliability, security, performance, and compliance for site IT/OT infrastructure supporting aerospace MRO operations. Manages ITIL incident, problem, and change processes; provides escalation support; drives monitoring, root-cause analysis, asset lifecycle management, and SLA performance. Partners with operations and global teams on digital projects, MES, analytics, expansions, and infrastructure changes while managing vendors, costs, and resilience in a 24/7 environment.

Lead calibration and metallurgy lab projects including setup of dimensional and torque calibration, commission 3D powder analysis equipment, run Kaizen events, manage installations, qualify machines, create standard work, and train operators during a 20–24 week internship.

Support development and implementation of LMS and digital solutions, assist data collection/cleanup, create training and onboarding materials (including VR/AR), perform UAT, track project progress, identify risks, and help optimize existing digital systems.
