Manages Gartner client relationships by onboarding clients, driving engagement, demonstrating service value, supporting retention and renewals, and recommending actions aligned with business priorities. The role involves working with C-level stakeholders, analyzing client engagement metrics, collaborating with Sales and Executive Partners, resolving access and service obstacles, and contributing to operational improvements, coaching, and mentoring.

Supports daily workplace and office operations by coordinating front-of-house services, facilities maintenance, vendors, office readiness, hospitality, meeting rooms, inventory, supplies, access systems, and visitor experiences. Maintains operational records, processes purchase requests and invoices, responds to workplace requests, conducts safety inspections, and supports emergency readiness as a First Aid Officer or Fire Warden when appointed.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level tech clients across SEA and Greater China, using product management expertise to drive value throughout the product lifecycle. Build and execute forward-looking engagement plans, liaise between Gartner and client teams, proactively address strategic priorities, and collaborate with internal delivery teams to resolve complex issues and maximize client outcomes.
