Manage and grow key hospitals, clinics, and retail pharmacy accounts in Singapore's ethical channel. Build relationships with decision-makers, support formulary listings and tenders, execute account plans and promotions, meet sales targets, provide customer training and insights, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM and forecasts, and drive product distribution and launch activities.

Lead e-commerce strategy and P&L for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to drive GMV growth. Build platform-specific growth plans, manage transactional media and promotions, ensure branded content and Perfect Store execution, track KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion), run performance reviews with agencies, and coordinate Brand, Commercial, and Supply Chain stakeholders to optimize marketplace performance.

The ESO JPAC Category Manager drives sourcing strategies and cost reduction, managing vendor relationships, negotiations, and procurement processes to support Galderma's growth.
