Serve as a public-facing moomoo ambassador, presenting to investors, answering questions, and representing the company at industry and community events. Expertise in options, equities, ETFs, portfolio construction, risk management, and AI-powered investing is required.

Oversee securities trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, asset transfers, and operational risk controls across multiple asset classes. Manage brokers, custodians, clearing houses, and counterparties; ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, audit readiness, and operational resilience. Lead process improvements, system implementations, product launches, UAT, platform migrations, and automation initiatives using AI Agents and RPA.

Drive user growth in Singapore through Chinese-speaking communities, KOLs, channel partnerships, and investor-education activities. Own acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention outcomes; negotiate partnerships, host online and offline events, support users, analyze performance data, optimize ROI, and identify new growth opportunities. The role requires investment knowledge, hands-on trading experience, Chinese-language proficiency, public-speaking ability, partner management, customer retention experience, and strong data-analysis and content-marketing skills.
