Support local IT infrastructure, operations, security, compliance, and asset management for an overseas branch. Responsibilities include endpoint deployment, network and enterprise system administration, hardware and software lifecycle management, office technology support, documentation, vendor coordination, project delivery, and audit readiness. The role also serves as a liaison with headquarters and supports implementation of corporate IT standards and security controls.

Develop and manage partnerships with banks, brokerages, wealth managers, payment providers, fintechs, brands, and investment KOLs. Lead partnership proposals, commercial negotiations, agreements, campaigns, content, and events. Drive user acquisition, account opening, funding, trading conversion, engagement, and retention. Analyze conversion funnels, acquisition costs, channel performance, and ROI to optimize partnership strategies and identify new growth opportunities in Singapore’s financial services market.

Oversee institutional brokerage account servicing, onboarding, maintenance, transfers, closures, documentation, and client requests. Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements, regulatory obligations, internal controls, and audit standards. Coordinate with clients, relationship managers, trading, compliance, finance, and operations teams. Monitor service levels, resolve issues, improve workflows, maintain procedures, and report on account volumes, risks, and outstanding matters.
