The Order Processing Specialist will manage customer orders, monitor delivery statuses, maintain shipping documents, and assist with audits and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Provide sales team support by preparing shipping and export documentation, processing orders, onboarding new customers (KYC), performing financial reconciliation, managing shipping labels/ASNs, monitoring accounts receivable, and handling general administrative and communication tasks to maintain customer relationships.

Perform manual testing and defect investigation; write and execute test cases; validate business workflows; build and maintain Playwright end-to-end tests; collaborate with developers and stakeholders; improve QA processes and support releases.
