Teams at Fusang

Provides onsite Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for hardware, software, connectivity, onboarding, endpoint management, user access, and corporate networks. Manages Jira ITSM tickets, IT assets, installations, updates, documentation, and basic troubleshooting for the Singapore office. The role requires strong Windows and macOS support skills, especially Apple Business Manager and MDM enrollment, with familiarity with Google Workspace, networking, scripting, and AI-assisted development tools preferred or required.
