Leads finance controllership and financial governance across Southeast Asian legal entities. Oversees month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, audits, tax coordination, internal controls, balance sheet integrity, accounting compliance, and financial risk management. Manages and develops the regional finance team while partnering with country leadership, business finance, auditors, tax authorities, and Group Finance on reporting, working capital, and regulatory matters.

Leads workforce planning, deployment, allocation, logistics, certification tracking, documentation renewals, and contractor sourcing for approximately 130 offshore survey personnel across Southeast Asia. Supervises the Personnel Logistics Team, coordinates with operations and project stakeholders, manages crewing systems and travel arrangements, resolves complex planning issues, and supports personnel utilization, compliance, communication, and operational performance.

Monitor and support a 24/7 GNSS data network, including network control center operations, remote sites, data distribution, satellite uplinks, alarms, fault isolation, archiving, reporting, system changes, outages, documentation, and customer support. Work rotating shifts, maintain operational procedures, follow security and safety measures, and assist with improving network operations.
