Leads Fugro’s Marine Asset Integrity business line across Asia Pacific, overseeing more than 400 professionals. Owns regional strategy, revenue and profit performance, client relationships, market growth, operational excellence, compliance, digital transformation, innovation, and people development. Partners with global and regional leadership across finance, HR, sales, marketing, project management, legal, and HSSE to expand the business and deliver asset integrity, inspection, monitoring, positioning, and construction support solutions.

Monitor and support a 24/7 GNSS data network, including network control center operations, remote sites, data distribution, satellite uplinks, alarms, fault isolation, archiving, reporting, system changes, outages, documentation, and customer support. Work rotating shifts, maintain operational procedures, follow security and safety measures, and assist with improving network operations.

Manage offshore geotechnical investigation projects across the APAC region, coordinating clients, vessels, offshore teams, subcontractors, and internal departments. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, budget and invoice control, project plans, quality and HSSE compliance, client communication, cost recovery, mobilization efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong project management, commercial awareness, and preferably offshore geotechnical, drilling, or EPCI experience.
