Provide pre-sales technical consultancy and solution design for commercial customers. Lead demos, POCs, tender responses, and training; design and propose network and security implementations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Drive regional pipeline and new customer acquisition for Fortinet Security services. Manage services sales, forecast in CRM, demo platforms, engage C-level customers and partners, negotiate and close deals, develop business plans, and scale growth through channel partnerships while meeting revenue and satisfaction goals.

Provide second-level pre-sales technical support across APAC/EMEA for switching and IAM/NAC solutions. Design solutions for RFPs/RFIs, lead technical demos/POCs/workshops, assist field SEs, produce sales technical collateral, relay customer requirements to Product Management, analyze project trends, and travel regionally as required. Must cover at least two of three product areas (Switching, IAM, NAC).
