Manage enterprise customer relationships in the Japanese market, driving onboarding, training, business reviews, retention, renewals, advocacy, and expansion. Partner with Sales, Product, R&D, Support, and leadership to resolve issues, communicate feedback, maintain account data, and develop strategic account plans. The role requires fluent Japanese and English, strong executive communication, and the ability to independently solve complex customer and operational challenges.

Own end-to-end delivery of Forter customer integration projects from kickoff through go-live. Build and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, lead customer governance, communicate technical integration concepts, monitor project health, mitigate risks, and improve implementation processes. The role requires strong enterprise project management, stakeholder leadership, Mandarin and English fluency, and technical understanding of APIs, JavaScript, JSON, and web/database technologies.
