As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide expert-level support, analyze data related to online transactions, educate customers, and improve support processes while mentoring team members.

Lead and execute Forter's global PSP and issuing bank partnership strategy. Own end-to-end deal cycles, structure complex revenue-driving agreements, set pipeline and bookings goals, coordinate cross-functional launches, translate partner needs into product requirements, mentor BD team members, and represent Forter at industry events. Drive net-new revenue through Payments products and maintain CRM and stakeholder alignment.
