Supports sourcing, pricing, costing, and supply assurance strategies across local, regional, and global operations. Manages component costs, tracks financial performance, coordinates with customers and suppliers, develops cost reduction plans, and increases Vendor Managed Inventory and Electronic Data Interchange adoption. The role also supports new project launches and collaborates with Supply Management and customers on sourcing strategies.

Directs shift-based manufacturing operations across production lines, ensuring volume, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and compliance targets. Leads and coaches production teams, evaluates plant performance, troubleshoots operational issues, coordinates with maintenance and engineering, prioritizes schedules, supports process development and cost improvement projects, and assists with departmental budgeting and expense management.

Leads electronic and software testing activities, including test system development, validation, calibration, maintenance, data analysis, root-cause investigation, yield improvement, and technical reporting. Coordinates engineering and technical personnel, resolves product and system malfunctions, trains test support teams, and collaborates with internal functions, customers, and suppliers. The role also supports workplace safety, environmental protection, and corporate social responsibility programs.
