Lead and manage project design activities from feasibility through stable production. Define scope, budget, and schedule baselines; coordinate cross-functional teams; track design expenses; manage change control; represent design status in reviews; ensure adherence to Flex Product Life Cycle processes and resolve technical issues with customers and stakeholders.

The Staff Mechanical Engineer will oversee mechanical design for data center components, develop 3D models using CREO, perform analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project demands.

Designs and implements inspection, testing and evaluation methods for electronic products. Develops sampling plans, records and reports quality data, initiates corrective actions, conducts audits and training, approves product/process qualifications, and liaises with customers and regulatory bodies to maintain quality standards and equipment accuracy.
