Lead fundamental research and prototyping of next-generation high-power systems. Develop proofs-of-concept, simulations, patents, papers, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional and Advanced Technology teams to evaluate feasibility, support handoff, and provide technical leadership on power electronics solutions for datacenter and high-power applications.

Manage sourcing, pricing, supplier relationships, material costs, supply assurance, and cost-reduction strategies for electronics manufacturing. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier agreements, monitoring purchase price variance, mitigating shortages and excess inventory, coordinating customer cost reviews, supporting commodity teams, and improving vendor-managed inventory, lead times, and EDI adoption.

Lead mechanical design for data-center PSU/BBU/PCU and shelves: develop 3D models/drawings, generate BOMs and specs, analyze test failures, perform DFM reviews, create manufacturing instructions, and work with cross-functional teams and vendors to validate packaging and manufacturability.
