Own the full sales cycle for mid-market fintech and financial institutions, build pipeline, run demos, close deals, drive expansions, travel regionally, coach junior sellers, and provide market feedback to product and engineering teams.

The Marketing Associate will support campaign execution, event planning, data management, and operational processes within Flagright's marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing programs.

Own end-to-end execution of complex enterprise implementations: project planning, engineering coordination, data migration, integrations, cutover, training, hypercare, and stabilization. Manage stakeholders, risks, timelines, and run go-lives to ensure production-ready deployments and smooth transitions to ongoing operations.
