Senior individual contributor selling Flagright's AI financial-crime compliance platform across APAC. Own the full sales cycle for mid-market fintech and financial institutions, build pipeline, run demos, close deals, drive expansions, travel regionally, coach junior sellers, and provide market feedback to product and engineering teams.

The Marketing Associate will support campaign execution, event planning, data management, and operational processes within Flagright's marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing programs.

Own end-to-end execution of complex enterprise implementations: project planning, engineering coordination, data migration, integrations, cutover, training, hypercare, and stabilization. Manage stakeholders, risks, timelines, and run go-lives to ensure production-ready deployments and smooth transitions to ongoing operations.

The role involves generating sales leads for APAC by engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks through cold calls and outreach. Candidates should have at least 1 year of sales experience and must thrive in a high-paced startup environment.

Support the marketing team by executing campaigns, managing logistics, coordinating events, and ensuring data accuracy in marketing operations while gaining hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
