Lead the strategy, development, launch, and growth of the company’s SME Cards product. Own product metrics and business outcomes while collaborating with engineering, design, data, and business teams. Use analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex fintech problems, and deliver customer impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Periodic travel to Manila is required.

Build and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and DigitalOcean, focusing on security, scalability, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and cost optimization. The role includes architecting cloud and network infrastructure, managing Kubernetes and containerized workloads, supporting deployments, developing developer tooling, maintaining observability solutions, and collaborating with IT, security, and engineering stakeholders in a regulated fintech environment.

The Data Analytics Lead will work with senior leadership on strategic projects, focusing on high-impact analytics solutions and driving execution for tangible results.
