Own the company’s international sales CRM platform, including account models, lead routing, sales intelligence, commissions, user interfaces, and integrations. Design scalable multi-product, multi-country workflows; automate sales administration; support configurable rules; work closely with sales users and engineers; and drive reliable production delivery. Measure adoption, data completeness, administrative efficiency, funnel speed, and sales performance while addressing privacy, currency, language, and organizational complexity.

Lead engineering strategy and execution for a rapidly growing Southeast Asian neobank. Scale the engineering organization from 25+ to 100+, establish architecture and data standards, improve delivery velocity and quality, oversee Azure infrastructure and data platforms, manage regulatory technology risk and PCI DSS compliance, and guide fintech integrations. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, executive communication, hiring excellence, and deep experience with payments, lending, cards, or core banking.

Lead the strategy, development, launch, and growth of the company’s SME Cards product. Own product metrics and business outcomes while collaborating with engineering, design, data, and business teams. Use analytical and strategic thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex fintech problems, and deliver customer impact in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Periodic travel to Manila is required.
