Teams at Fireblocks

Provide real-time technical support for Fireblocks' SaaS platform across APAC, own and resolve complex customer issues, troubleshoot APIs, collaborate with SRE/DevOps/Product/Engineering, manage cases meticulously, escalate to senior support during outages, and participate in war room calls as needed.

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level payments executives, develop business cases for digital asset initiatives, manage large cross-organizational solutions, influence product strategy, drive thought leadership, and partner with enterprise sales to close strategic accounts.

Lead APAC marketing to drive pipeline and revenue through regional field programs, virtual and in-person events, cross-functional GTM execution, campaign management, and ROI reporting while partnering closely with Sales and Account Management.
