Lead APAC sales operations to improve GTM efficiency and sales productivity. Deliver forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory design, CRM hygiene and enablement. Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, support BDR/SDR activities, run QBRs, and lead Salesforce/CPQ projects and special analyses to drive data-driven decisions.

Lead technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations across APAC for large banks and financial institutions. Own architecture design, integrations (APIs, custody, core banking, tokenization, Travel Rule), deployments, and pre-sales technical discovery. Codify reference architectures and act as liaison between Sales, Product, R&D and customers to ensure secure, scalable, and repeatable enterprise deployments.

Lead enterprise sales across APAC for Fireblocks' blockchain and digital-asset platform. Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets, prospect and qualify opportunities, manage territory and account plans, build customer and partner relationships, collaborate with BDRs, Sales Engineers and GTM teams, and maintain the CRM.
