Manage a portfolio of APAC customers, driving adoption, platform value, renewals, account expansion, and customer advocacy. Build trusted stakeholder relationships, monitor health scores and risk indicators, translate product usage into actionable guidance, support deployments and operational best practices, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to resolve integration issues and improve customer outcomes.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major APAC banks and financial institutions. Responsibilities include enterprise architecture, API integration, security design, deployment, documentation, and production transition. The role coordinates complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenization, and Travel Rule systems, develops reusable architecture patterns, supports pre-sales solution design, and mentors technical teams while partnering with Sales, Product, R&D, and customers.

Lead APAC sales operations to improve GTM efficiency and sales productivity. Deliver forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory design, CRM hygiene and enablement. Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives, support BDR/SDR activities, run QBRs, and lead Salesforce/CPQ projects and special analyses to drive data-driven decisions.
