Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, prospecting, territory and account planning, building customer relationships, supporting co-sell motions, collaborating with BDRs and sales engineers, and maintaining CRM records. The role requires a proven record of closing complex SaaS deals in financial services or fintech, with preferred experience in cybersecurity, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and technology partnerships.

Provides frontline technical support for Fireblocks’ SaaS platform across the APAC timezone. Owns customer issues through resolution, performs real-time troubleshooting via Slack, documents cases, escalates complex problems, and collaborates with senior support, Site Reliability, DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams during outages. The role operates within a 24/7 support environment and may include weekend and holiday coverage, but no night shifts.

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major APAC banks and financial institutions. Responsibilities include enterprise architecture, API integration, security design, deployment, documentation, and production transition. The role coordinates complex integrations across banking, custody, tokenization, and Travel Rule systems, develops reusable architecture patterns, supports pre-sales solution design, and mentors technical teams while partnering with Sales, Product, R&D, and customers.
