Lead enterprise sales across APAC, targeting financial institutions and technology partners. Responsibilities include achieving revenue targets, prospecting, territory and account planning, building customer relationships, supporting co-sell motions, collaborating with BDRs and sales engineers, and maintaining CRM records. The role requires a proven record of closing complex SaaS deals in financial services or fintech, with preferred experience in cybersecurity, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and technology partnerships.

Provides frontline technical support for Fireblocks’ SaaS platform across the APAC timezone. Owns customer issues through resolution, performs real-time troubleshooting via Slack, documents cases, escalates complex problems, and collaborates with senior support, Site Reliability, DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams during outages. The role operates within a 24/7 support environment and may include weekend and holiday coverage, but no night shifts.
