Own full-cycle technical recruiting across engineering, product, and data roles. Partner with hiring managers and senior engineering leaders to define roles, build structured interview processes, source passive candidates, maintain healthy pipelines, and close offers. Improve recruiting quality, speed, fairness, and candidate experience while providing market insights and calibration guidance in a fast-paced, highly autonomous startup environment.

Own and optimise the Earned Wage Access product globally, driving experiments across user flows and payments. Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Risk to tune algorithms, improve disbursement and collections, support market teams, and reduce financial and operational risk at scale.

Lead a small Platform team while spending most time hands-on architecting, building, and operating production cloud infrastructure. Own IaC, Kubernetes cluster operations, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security posture, multi-cloud workloads, messaging systems, and on-call incident response. Provide technical direction, run 1:1s and code reviews, mentor engineers, prioritize platform work, and help hire and scale the team.
