Lead a small Platform team while spending most time hands-on architecting, building, and operating production cloud infrastructure. Own IaC, Kubernetes cluster operations, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security posture, multi-cloud workloads, messaging systems, and on-call incident response. Provide technical direction, run 1:1s and code reviews, mentor engineers, prioritize platform work, and help hire and scale the team.

Architect, build, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure for a high-throughput fintech. Own IaC, Kubernetes cluster operations, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security hardening, messaging systems, and repeatable provisioning for rapid market launches. Support developers with self-service tooling, join on-call rotation, respond to incidents, and drive root-cause analysis to scale the platform across regions.
