Teams at Figma

Manage and grow a commercial account pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting, value-based selling, executive relationship building, account planning, and deal progression. The role targets software and SaaS customers with 100–2,000 employees, supports Figma evaluations and enterprise deployments, and collaborates with Support, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Community teams. Mandarin fluency is required to support accounts in Greater China.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers to drive adoption, integration, and scaling of Figma. Lead technical assessments, guide API and identity integrations, support design-to-code workflows, deliver workshops, and collaborate with sales, product, and developer teams to reduce technical risk and enable growth.

The Strategic Account Executive will develop executive relationships, build a sales pipeline, navigate complex sales processes, and ensure sales effectiveness among strategic accounts.
