Target $3–5M qualified pipeline by year end.

Build and maintain AI-driven demo environments and prototypes using Claude and other LLM tools; produce and edit demo videos; manage and automate a searchable demo asset library; automate pre-sales workflows and datasets; support live demos and convert sessions into reusable assets; learn commercial real estate fundamentals and build systems to solve repetitive problems.
