Lead end-to-end development, launch, and scaling of Fever Originals events in Singapore. Own strategic planning, execution, partner management, revenue growth, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and process improvements to scale experiences across markets.

Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate group ticketing, manage full sales cycle from qualification to payment, build and optimize outreach sequences, maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting, collaborate with Billing and Project Managers, and track/report KPIs to iterate on commercial performance.

The Venue Manager oversees operations of the venue, ensuring high-quality service and safety, managing schedules, and coordinating staff to enhance guest experiences.
