Support a major global customer by coordinating shipment tracking, KPI reporting, data management, stakeholder communication, and process improvements. Act as a control tower for international shipments, ensuring accurate and timely reports, cost-efficient movement, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Manage special requests including freight bill audits, project cargo, claims, and shipment exceptions while collaborating with global account, origin, and destination teams.

Full-time internship for Polytechnic students in Singapore, providing 12–16 weeks of structured training, mentorship, logistics field experience, shipment processing, document imaging, and special project opportunities. Interns develop communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills while supporting business operations. The program requires 40–42 hours weekly depending on department and may lead to contract or full-time employment after graduation.
