Support the CEO’s Office by managing schedules, meetings, travel, communications, executive priorities, confidential matters, follow-ups, and administrative or personal requests. The role coordinates across senior stakeholders, anticipates needs, maintains organization amid changing priorities, and ensures commitments and deadlines remain on track.

Analyzes operational, workforce, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership. Builds and optimizes dashboards and reports, creates executive PowerPoint presentations, partners cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Operations, and uses AI tools to improve workflows and support global scaling initiatives.
