Manage and grow a portfolio of trade, government, academic, and public-sector accounts across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include retention, renewals, commercial negotiations, account expansion, stakeholder engagement, account planning, forecasting, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Serve as a strategic advisor helping clients use market intelligence, data, and advisory solutions for policy, trade, research, and business decisions. Collaborate with consulting, research, customer success, and marketing teams.

Owns new business acquisition across ASEAN, including territory planning, prospecting, pipeline development, consultative enterprise sales, negotiations, and contract closure. Builds relationships with senior executives, exceeds revenue targets, and positions market intelligence, consumer insights, and consulting solutions. Collaborates with Consulting, Research, Customer Success, and Marketing teams while using CRM, sales intelligence, and AI-enabled tools to improve sales productivity and forecasting.

Leads end-to-end data delivery for complex consulting and custom research engagements across ASEAN and North Asia. Responsibilities include data sourcing, enrichment, modelling, validation, governance, quality control, client-ready delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and translating complex data into actionable insights. The role also drives AI, GenAI, automation, process improvement, coaching, and best-practice development.
