The IT Administrator will support IT operations, maintain infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, manage inventories, and ensure security compliance for APAC Headquarters.

Provide technical support for ESET products, document issues, escalate problems, troubleshoot, and gather information for higher-level support based on customer requests.
