Finance Manager responsible for Singapore entities’ financial control, statutory compliance, reporting, close processes, audits, tax and treasury coordination, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. The role provides technical accounting leadership, oversees Local GAAP compliance, manages financial risks and reconciliations, supports collections and working capital targets, and leads finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across a multinational organization.

Leads ERM’s Asia Technology Sector Safety practice, driving sales pipeline, revenue growth, client engagement, service innovation, and market expansion. Develops integrated safety offerings, supports major opportunity pursuits, builds strategic client relationships, strengthens branding and thought leadership, and delivers high-profile project work. Also develops regional leadership pipelines, hiring plans, best-practice sharing, and acquisition strategies while coordinating with global and regional service, industry, and commercial leaders.

Supports technical safety and risk consulting projects through risk analysis, quantitative modeling, calculations, fire and explosion modeling, gas and smoke dispersion analysis, and offshore evacuation studies. Assists with HAZID, HAZOP, ALARP, and safety workshops; prepares safety cases, reports, diagrams, proposals, and client materials. Requires an engineering degree, relevant safety and risk experience, strong communication, independent task management, and willingness to travel.
