Teams at Episode Six

The Client Project Manager leads client-facing project lifecycles, manages risks, communicates with stakeholders, and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.

Lead technical pre-sales and design of payment solutions from conception to delivery. Prepare technical presentations, respond to RFI/RFPs, draft SOWs, work with dev and PM teams to implement solutions, ensure proposals meet business and technical standards, manage technical risks, contribute to roadmap, act as SME, and travel as required (mainly UK).

Perform software releases and infrastructure updates across AWS EKS Kubernetes clusters and multiple PaaS instances. Maintain cloud resources (RDS, LB, networking, storage), Linux/Windows servers, SQL/NoSQL databases; support dev/test, client onboarding, backups/DR testing, monitoring, documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.
