Build and operate scalable backend services and APIs for an AI-driven legal platform. Responsibilities include asynchronous message-queue processing, document data pipelines, PostgreSQL schema and query optimization, authentication and authorization, search and vector storage integration, observability, automated testing, CI pipelines, technical design, production support, and on-call participation.

Provides specialized technical support for IT systems, troubleshoots issues, implements solutions, collaborates across teams, and documents technical processes. Requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field; 5–7 years of technical support or analysis experience; strong analytical, communication, organizational, project management, and forensic analysis skills; and CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications.

Prospect, engage, and qualify legal-industry clients via outbound outreach and demos. Collaborate with account teams on territory strategy, maintain CRM pipeline, track metrics, and relay market feedback to product and marketing to shape positioning and roadmap.

Lead and grow client relationships and a team of client services professionals for eDiscovery matters. Oversee project scoping, staffing, budgets, WIP, billing, quality control, and client communications; drive best practices, training, escalation handling, and regional sales support while mentoring staff and supporting strategic initiatives.
