Teams at Enveritas

Leads Enveritas’ India operations and supports regional operations across Asia. Responsibilities include building country programs, managing field teams, budgets, vendors, logistics, contracting, data quality, stakeholder relationships, and regional planning. The role requires independent judgment, people leadership, senior external representation, analytical ability, and regular travel to agricultural regions in India, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and elsewhere in Asia.

Supports Indonesian and broader Asian survey operations by monitoring data quality, managing quality-control staff, correcting survey issues, analyzing collection progress, and developing data-quality tools. Coordinates field operations, training, stakeholder engagement, translations, and backcheck processes. Provides insights on coffee and cacao sustainability data to country teams and supply-chain stakeholders. The role is fully remote from Indonesia with travel to regional agricultural areas.

The Backend Software Engineer will develop and maintain backend systems for data processing related to coffee farming, utilizing Python and PostgreSQL. Responsibilities include feature development, problem-solving, and adapting systems to regulatory changes while ensuring system resilience.
