Document existing Excel reports and workflows, identify automation opportunities, and support solutions using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, and APIs. Analyze data for trends and anomalies, ensure accuracy, maintain process documentation, and create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate insights to senior management.

Develop and maintain high-performance analytics web applications and platforms for cybersecurity insights. Responsibilities include full-stack development, UI/UX and data visualization, cloud and on-premise platform administration, system monitoring, maintenance, documentation, performance optimization, and agentic AI application development. The role collaborates with data scientists, threat researchers, analysts, and infrastructure engineers while handling large-scale data.

Design, build, and operate an in-house AIOps/ML/LLM platform across cloud and on-prem Kubernetes. Implement production ML/LLM workflows (training, deployment, inference, monitoring, rollback). Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, networking, Linux, Kubernetes, and ML serving layers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client, security, and compliance requirements into platform designs.
