Act as a first-responder in a 24/7 SOC: monitor security sensors and logs, perform vulnerability management, DLP, threat hunting and initial incident analysis, escalate incidents, liaise with customers, assist in incident response plans and SOPs, work with threat intelligence to create detections, and operate/perform response actions on MDR platforms.

Assist in project delivery for Threat Hunt & Response services, improve incident response processes, and develop threat hunting strategies.

The intern will assist the Client Success Management team with onboarding new clients, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and drafting reports. Tasks include minute-taking, project management assistance, and suggesting process improvements.
