The DB2 DBA is responsible for optimizing SQL queries, assisting in database design, troubleshooting issues, supporting database changes, monitoring performance, and guiding application developers on best practices.

Provide Tier-3 enterprise network support for multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet). Troubleshoot routing/switching/wireless/firewalls, perform configuration changes, monitoring, OS upgrades/patching, certificate management, security hardening, vendor coordination, inventory and EoL tracking. Maintain SLAs, update ticketing systems, and support 24x5 onsite shifts with 24x7 standby for critical incidents.

Lead QA Automation efforts: design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks for web/mobile, execute functional/regression/integration/end-to-end and API tests, validate data via SQL, manage test plans/cases, track defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps, integrate with CI/CD, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure high-quality releases.
