Drive business development, account growth, and end-to-end sales of PIXII battery energy storage and power solutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Build relationships with utilities, EPCs, data centers, telecom operators, and industrial customers; develop account plans and market strategies; and manage proposals, bids, negotiations, and closures. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on tailored BESS, microgrid, EV charging, and grid flexibility solutions while maintaining forecasts, monitoring market trends, and representing the company at industry events.

Oversee engineering department operations, lead technical projects, and design telecom power solutions including rectifiers, UPS, BESS, solar, and hybrid systems. Prepare electrical drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, budgets, and technical proposals. Provide pre-sales support, coordinate procurement, ensure compliance with IEC and IEEE standards, support testing and commissioning, mentor engineers, and improve engineering processes.

Drive revenue growth by generating new business, managing key accounts, developing sales pipelines, and expanding partner networks across commercial, data center, telecom, and technology sectors. Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, proposals, tenders, negotiations, and closing. Translate power infrastructure requirements into tailored hardware and energy solutions, coordinate with internal teams, monitor market opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
