Own retention, renewal, expansion, and strategic account planning for mid-market APAC SaaS customers. Lead executive business reviews, negotiate renewals, identify growth opportunities, and manage customer health. Serve as a player-coach by mentoring CSM peers, sharing best practices, supporting onboarding, improving playbooks, and representing customer success insights cross-functionally. The role requires strong B2B SaaS renewal experience, commercial judgment, consultative communication, and informal leadership.
