Elfie

Elfie is a digital health platform that encourages self-monitoring among all adults with or without chronic diseases. Although 75% of us die from a chronic disease (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol...), 50% of us are not aware of having a condition (awareness) and 50% of us are not adherent to their treatment (adherence). By rewarding self-monitoring, Elfie contributes to raising awareness and adherence among the general public. Today, Elfie is endorsed by 6 medical associations and has reached nearly 200,000 families in 6 countries in LatAm, Europe and APAC.
