Owns Elastic’s distributor relationships and partner strategy across APJ. Develops distribution business plans, drives partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, recruits and activates resellers, and executes co-sell and demand-generation programs. Designs technical enablement, product demonstrations, workshops, certifications, and training for reseller teams. Manages executive relationships, KPIs, incentives, deal registration, channel conflicts, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, operations, and deal desk teams. Travel is estimated at 20%–30%.

Leads technical growth across Elastic’s ASEAN partner ecosystem through partner-sourced opportunities, solution architecture, proofs of concept, enablement, certifications, engagement plans, and repeatable solution assets. Builds trusted relationships with system integrators, resellers, MSSPs, and cloud providers while co-architecting security, observability, AI, and search solutions. Supports pipeline generation, deal qualification, technical scoping, partner services attachment, and partner-led delivery. Based in Singapore with up to 40% regional travel.

Generate qualified sales pipeline for Korean accounts through phone, email, social selling, events, and inbound and outbound prospecting. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, research decision-makers using sales technologies, uncover customer challenges, qualify opportunities, communicate Elastic’s platform value, and continuously improve through coaching and AI-enabled workflows.
