Generate pipeline and new business across the Philippines and Vietnam through outbound prospecting, account research, prospect qualification, and meeting generation. Build relationships with Account Executives and channel partners, particularly in Vietnam, to identify target accounts and create sales opportunities. Engage IT leaders and executives using phone, email, social selling, events, and other channels while operating in a metrics-driven environment.

Prospect into Singapore public sector organizations through phone, email, social selling, events, and other outbound channels. Research accounts, identify stakeholders, tailor outreach, qualify prospects, and create sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives and partners. The role focuses on achieving activity, meeting, pipeline, and new-logo targets while engaging technology stakeholders across IT, security, cloud, data, and engineering.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Elastic customers, creating technical success plans, guiding onboarding and adoption, resolving technical friction, and increasing solution consumption. Collaborate with account, solutions, support, and services teams to align Elastic technologies with customer business goals, optimize deployments, identify expansion opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction and recurring revenue growth.
