Acquire new enterprise customers in Singapore by prospecting, building pipeline, managing complex full-cycle technology sales, developing executive relationships, negotiating agreements, and closing high-value deals. Create territory and account plans, build business cases and ROI justification, displace incumbent vendors, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, expand existing accounts, maintain forecast accuracy, and achieve sales quotas while positioning Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security solutions.

Owns Elastic’s distributor relationships and partner strategy across APJ. Develops distribution business plans, drives partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, recruits and activates resellers, and executes co-sell and demand-generation programs. Designs technical enablement, product demonstrations, workshops, certifications, and training for reseller teams. Manages executive relationships, KPIs, incentives, deal registration, channel conflicts, and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, operations, and deal desk teams. Travel is estimated at 20%–30%.
