Manage year-round campus operations and peak-season group programs for international language students. Oversee accommodation, transport, meals, activities, schedules, suppliers, staffing, safeguarding, and student satisfaction. Coordinate with global sales offices and internal departments to grow student numbers, meet service targets, maintain standards, and ensure smooth student journeys from arrival through departure. Recruit and lead seasonal staff, handle emergency on-call duties, and support broader school operations during off-peak periods.
