Participate in a structured graduate programme supporting design, development, testing, prototyping and validation of new products. Apply engineering fundamentals, perform experiments and data analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, document work, and contribute to continuous product and process improvements.

Support global negotiation teams by preparing and analysing market, supplier, and negotiation data; building dashboards and reports; coordinating negotiation processes; identifying improvements; researching best practices; and delivering training and coaching to improve negotiation outcomes.

Lead end-to-end NPI projects by assessing complexity, allocating resources, setting engineering checkpoints, managing CAPEX, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ and DFM integration, aligning with Operations, tracking risks and timelines, and reporting to senior management to drive timely production capacity and design-to-cost outcomes.
