Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and NPI teams to stabilize processes and support product launches.

Lead product engineering workstreams for Dyson digital motors, supporting NPI, component qualification, manufacturing issue resolution, product improvements, and engineering changes. Investigate quality and reliability problems using root-cause analysis, CAPA, 8D, statistical quality methods, and process capability analysis. Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, quality, operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to validate components, stabilize processes, assess risks, and deliver data-driven engineering recommendations.

Leads end-to-end supply chain planning and warehouse operations for an advanced manufacturing site. Responsibilities include demand and capacity planning, inventory and material readiness, supplier quality, chemical and adhesive storage, warehouse safety, logistics resilience, Lean optimization, ISO audit readiness, ERP/MRP/WMS accuracy, and team leadership. The role oversees planners, buyers, and warehouse teams while ensuring compliant, traceable, and uninterrupted material flow to production.
