Manages Dynatrace’s regional partner ecosystem to generate software and services revenue. Recruits, develops, and enables partners; creates joint go-to-market strategies; communicates platform value to technical and executive audiences; drives partner-sourced pipeline; manages forecasts, business plans, and quarterly reviews; and collaborates with sales leadership to execute regional initiatives. The role requires extensive software sales, channel management, cloud services, and partnership development experience, with 25–50% travel.

Lead and scale APAC post-sales operations: own regional operating model, lead analysts, partner with CS/Support/Services, deliver programs, implement automation and AI-enabled improvements, and provide executive reporting and regional feedback to global standards.

Qualify leads, profile target accounts, and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia. Research account needs, execute telemarketing and database programs, support event attendance, maintain forecasts, provide marketing feedback, and use data, CRM, technology, and AI to improve engagement and pipeline generation.
