As a Senior Technology Consultant at Dynatrace, you'll deliver consulting services, manage stakeholder relationships, and assist with application performance improvements. Responsibilities include installing Dynatrace products, leading technical sessions, and providing recommendations to clients based on their needs.

Lead product strategy and execution for internal post-sales tools, driving automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, deliver solutions, and measure business impact. Build business cases, enable adoption through training and change management, and champion AI and analytics to scale post-sales operations and improve operational efficiency.

As a Sr Technical Account Manager, you will support enterprise customers by providing solutions to technical issues, advocating for their needs, and ensuring successful product adoption. You'll provide training, maintain knowledge of Dynatrace solutions, and engage with customers and internal teams to drive improvements and solutions.
