Qualify leads, profile target accounts, and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new business in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia. Research account needs, execute telemarketing and database programs, support event attendance, maintain forecasts, provide marketing feedback, and use data, CRM, technology, and AI to improve engagement and pipeline generation.

Drive co-sell and channel engagement with AWS, Azure, and GCP across APAC. Build and scale joint sales plays, enable regional sellers, drive cloud marketplace private offers, create pipeline with cloud partners, track co-sell bookings and adoption, and represent Dynatrace at partner and field events.

Manage end-to-end renewals for a regional SaaS account portfolio, driving retention and on-time renewals. Proactively identify churn risks, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate partners and internal stakeholders, maintain Salesforce/forecasting accuracy, and mentor junior team members.
