The role requires strong software engineering, platform engineering, Kubernetes, distributed systems, enterprise integration, production operations, and customer-facing problem-solving skills.

Lead enterprise customers through AI deployment and operationalization by identifying use cases, shaping implementation strategies, and coordinating product, engineering, sales, and customer teams. Translate technical AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes while addressing governance, reliability, security, observability, and performance requirements. Support pre-sales engagements, expansion opportunities, deployment playbooks, and cross-functional execution across complex enterprise environments.
