Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, and operational roles while building scalable HR programs. Partner with hiring managers on sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, performance, employee experience, headcount planning, and employer branding. Support leadership and the broader People team as the company scales in Singapore and across regions.

Lead cross-functional programs and build the company's operating backbone: drive AI adoption, standardize software stacks, implement operating cadence, and automate supply-chain processes to ensure on-time hardware delivery and leadership visibility.

Design and operationalize a stage-gate NPI system; lead end-to-end execution across HW/SW/RF programs; establish governance, reporting, change control, and launch-readiness; build and hire the NPI team; partner with contract manufacturers to ensure smooth production ramps.
