Deliver professional services and managed-service solutions for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Configure and implement Diligent’s GRC products, advise clients on governance, risk, audit, compliance, and internal-control best practices, support workshops and presentations, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery Managers while developing expertise in Diligent products and GRC disciplines.

Individual contributor responsible for driving revenue by managing full sales cycles for complex accounts in the entity/subsidiary management space. Use consultative solutions selling to expand product usage, migrate customers to Diligent One Platform, and develop strategic account plans while coordinating cross-functional teams. Maintain CRM, forecasts, and pipeline, gather customer feedback, and partner with stakeholders to identify upsell opportunities.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation and adoption projects for GRC solutions, manage portfolio operations, stakeholder communications, RAID logs, and mentor delivery teams while identifying expansion opportunities and improving delivery processes.
