Translate global marketing strategy into localized regional execution for Retail and Banking. Own regional campaign planning, ABM, sales enablement, customer engagement, events and CEC activations. Provide market and competitive insights, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, monitor campaign performance, and drive pipeline and revenue influence.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned mid-market customers, ensure contract/invoice/payment processing and service delivery, coordinate installation issue resolution, analyze performance data, drive retention, liaise with product/sales/marketing, and act as trusted advisor to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
