Teams at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)

Manage client implementations of DTCC solutions as primary client contact. Lead project plans and onboarding through go-live, deliver technical presentations, design practical integration solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure risk controls. Requires financial services trade processing knowledge, client-facing experience, and strong project management skills; PMP and additional language skills (Japanese) are desirable.

Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) client support across DTCC products via phone, email, and portal; troubleshoot, escalate, and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams. Monitor incidents, maintain case records and knowledge articles, support releases and UAT, and drive process improvements to maximize client satisfaction and first-call resolution.
