Design, build, and operate production AI applications, agentic workflows, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, and data pipelines. Own systems end to end, including architecture, testing, deployment, observability, reliability, and on-call support. Partner with analytics and business teams to deliver practical solutions, improve AI performance, and maintain robust data and context infrastructure. Mentor engineers and contribute to technical design, code reviews, and engineering standards.

Leads CRM lifecycle strategy and execution across three brands and 16 markets. Owns customer engagement from onboarding through retention and reactivation, driving acquisition, subscription growth, and quick-commerce adoption. Oversees CRM teams, automation, Braze operations, targeting, QA, governance, reporting, and AI-enabled workflow optimization. Partners with Growth, Commercial, Product, Data, Engineering, and local markets to deliver measurable commercial impact and operational excellence.

Lead APAC and Europe vendor growth and affordability strategy, manage a seven-person cross-functional team, align product and performance initiatives, own P&L impact of affordability programs, and drive execution across central, regional, and local stakeholders using data-driven playbooks and A/B testing.
