Manages a multidisciplinary team, drives data science and automation initiatives, optimizes rider compensation and fleet behavior, and partners with finance, product, and local logistics leaders to improve delivery efficiency, customer experience, and financial sustainability.

Leads regional media strategy and planning for three delivery brands across 10+ international markets. Oversees omnichannel media mixes, agency relationships, KPIs, SLAs, budgets, media buying, and programmatic transparency. Partners with local marketing teams to align regional and market-level plans, scale best practices, optimize budget allocation, and establish measurement models such as marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing to improve acquisition, brand equity, and business growth.
