Support Nickel sales by coordinating export operations (contracts, invoicing, export documentation, logistics, inventory reconciliations), liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing customs/warehouse brokers, processing Letters of Credit, and providing office and team administrative support while ensuring compliance with company governance and policies.

Manage end-to-end payroll, tax, and payroll accounting for Singapore and China. Ensure statutory compliance, coordinate with GSS and external vendors, resolve payroll/tax discrepancies, support month- and year-end close, prepare payroll reports and reconciliations, administer tax filings and clearance, and drive process improvements while partnering with P&O, Finance, auditors, and stakeholders.

Manage end-to-end sales operations for equity and third-party products, including contracts administration, shipment and logistics execution, trade finance (LCs), stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and process improvements to optimize supply chain and cash flow.
