Lead end-to-end business analysis and functional delivery for complex capital markets initiatives across trade lifecycle, pricing/valuation, market/reference data, risk, settlement, accounting and reporting. Drive requirements workshops, translate product and valuation needs into detailed specifications and curve configurations, lead testing and implementation readiness, resolve production valuation breaks, and coordinate stakeholders across Front Office, Quant, Risk, Finance, Operations and Technology.

Support delivery of operational resilience and reliability initiatives for Global Financial Markets through process mapping, documentation, control assessments, remediation tracking, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Drive front-to-back standardization, data analysis, and implementation of target operating models alongside Operations, Technology, and Business teams.

Lead institutional equity sales trading execution, managing block trades, algorithmic and high-touch orders across equity and equity-related products. Serve as primary client contact for institutional investors, deliver market insights and flow commentary, coordinate post-trade processes with middle office and ops, and ensure compliance with regulatory and risk guidelines.
