Leads regional institutional sales for DBS Digital Exchange in Singapore, driving revenue growth, client acquisition, liquidity management, cross-selling, and profitability. Builds relationships with institutional investors, crypto-native firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions. Develops sales strategy, manages and mentors the sales team, distributes ECM deals, provides market intelligence, and owns the institutional sales desk’s regional P&L.

Owns the regional Fraud & Mules Engine product and program roadmap, business cases, requirements, backlogs, budgets, stakeholder governance, and agile delivery. Leads cross-functional implementation, risk and issue resolution, UAT, rollout, production stabilization, regulatory engagement, and change management. Partners with business, technology, analytics, operations, auditors, and regulators to deliver compliant solutions on schedule and within quality standards.

Lead complex regional audits across market risk, counterparty credit risk, asset-liability management, and finance. Evaluate control design and effectiveness, develop analytics-driven testing strategies, monitor emerging risks, present actionable findings, support Audit Committee reporting, and help advance data-driven audit planning and methodologies. Build effective relationships with audit teams and business stakeholders across the DBS network.
