Manage marketing campaign operations and Datadog’s global email program for the APJ team. Responsibilities include building and quality-assuring Marketo emails, supporting multichannel campaigns, segmenting audiences, reporting campaign performance, recommending optimization opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, resolving calendar and audience conflicts, and ensuring email compliance. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical ability, and effective management of multiple deadlines.

Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle through presentations, product demonstrations, trials, and proofs of value. Partner with sales teams to communicate Datadog’s value proposition, technically close complex opportunities, resolve customer concerns, document CRM feedback, and share product and competitive insights. The role supports customers in Indonesia and requires Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency, programming or scripting experience, and travel up to 25%.

Leads Datadog’s ASEAN Sales Engineering organization, overseeing regional strategy, technical sales execution, operational planning, resource allocation, and team performance. Develops frontline leaders, hires and coaches sales engineers, supports strategic enterprise opportunities, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support. Drives scalable methodologies, customer adoption, forecasting, competitive positioning, and operational excellence across observability and cloud security sales cycles.
