Own full-cycle recruiting for technical go-to-market roles across Singapore and the ASEAN/Greater China region. Partner with Field Engineering and Sales leaders on sourcing strategy, market mapping, compensation positioning, talent insights, workforce planning, and closing strategies. Build pipelines of passive technical talent, improve hiring processes through data and metrics, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and support diverse, high-caliber workforce growth in a fast-paced environment.

Design and implement AI/ML platform capabilities across model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and management; integrate with ecosystem frameworks; contribute to open-source projects; and mentor junior engineers.

Own and operate an AI-first sales prospecting program: design metrics, reporting, governance, sequencing, adoption, enablement, and executive cadences. Partner cross-functionally (AI Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Analytics, Enablement) to build data foundations, run reviews, drive adoption, and iteratively improve AI-native prospecting at scale.
